My name is Ginny Stachowiak. I am the mom of one of Sam's friends from SASA--Kyle Stachowiak aka Stachy. Kyle played soccer with Sam at SASA. This is when they realized that they were also friends at Handley--even though Sam is two years older than Kyle. They both used to go roller skating after school on Fridays, and that is when they first became friends (around 5th and 3rd grades). After Sam graduated, Kyle was also in the group that got together to have LAN parties (some of which I think were at your parent's house).
We've been looking forward to Sam's party since you announced it. But, now that it is upon us, I have to admit that I'm a little hesitant to attend. There's been this creeping crud going around, and we don't want to take any chances of exposing anyone to it. I just want to let you know that if we don't make it, your family in our thoughts, and we are here celebrating Sam's homecoming. If we do attend tomorrow night, it will be because every single one of us feels 100% when my kids get out of school.
Also, please know, Heather, that your family, every single one of you, has been constantly in our thoughts and prayers. We love you all, even though you don't know us, and we are praying for you, and especially Sam.
