My name is Jane, My son Casey 15, almost 16 was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on Oct 10, 2005.
He was life flighted to LDS hospital in SLC utah, and spent 3 and half weeks in ICU, he also has a TBI, I heard about Sam through Tori's website, she is the neighbor to my son Casey at Health South Rehab. Casey is making alot of progress, and I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about Sam and his accident. I went to the website but couldnt find on there what all had happened.
