This might seem like a desperate, really tacky move on my part but, well, I am a tacky and desperate person.

For those of you who DON'T know, when not writing pointless stories on this blog, I've spent the rest of my time these past eight years teaching.  Now here is when the desperate, tacky part comes in. I would like to find a teaching job closer to Sam and my parents.  This way I can hang out with Sam even MORE and write more useless information about the Howell family...and what is better than that?  Nothing, I tell you.

So here is what I need:

I need a teaching job in the Mid-Michigan Area (Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Flint or any other little towns that would take me).  I can teach K-5--general education or reading specialist/Title I.

I have been searching and there is nothing out there.  Well, unless you speak Japanese, can teach high school shop or want to live in WallaWalla, Timbuktu.

Money is tight and education is getting beaten into a little, suffering pulp.

But, who knows...maybe someone out there, somewhere, will know of something.

Ah...come on!  You know you want Mrs. Wolf to teach your children.  Quick!  Before I am snatched up by the highest bidder.

If you hear of any potential openings, please email me at rebeccajayneanita@yahoo.com

(Please don't email me just to tell me I'm out of luck.  I know that.  I'm a desperate woman who promised my brother, mother, father that I would try to get a job in this area).

Bec (desperate but really very good elementary school teacher who likes kids a whole lot and knows how to teach a wicked set of essential skills--I was even brave enough to take 17 first graders to camp for two nights.  And if that isn't brave, then I don't know what is).

P.S. Or if you just want to pay me a lot of money to write pointless stories, I have had a lot of practice doing that, too.
