I just received word that Laura Laughlin (who was also in a terrible car accident the summer after Sam's) just passed away yesterday.  I feel so shocked and saddened for her and her entire family.  I have been following her progress since shortly after her accident happened and through her husband's words I feel like I know her.  I just feel heartsick for all of them.  What a nightmare--such a beautiful person (inside and out)--

Please pray for peace for Laura AND her family.
