Sam received a TON of cards from classrooms (hundreds) and I wanted to post some of what they wrote.  We haven't gotten through them all, so I'll post Cards From Kids, Part II a little later. Some really touching, cute and funny cards from some of Sam's youngest valentines.

Dear Sam,

Hi!  I'm B.  I learned that you saved your sister's life.  That was nice.  I think you're a really good man.  Also, I learned that you could have died but I'm happy that you're still here with us.  Tell your mom I said thank you for everything she does to help you.  I hope that you are able to learn new things (Sam cracked up about that part.  He said, "I hope so, too!"--bec)  I hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day!
