Our cousin Katie kept a journal during the first month after Sam's accident and I was able to add it to our blogsite.  I am so glad she did this--during the first few weeks most of us couldn't even think straight, let along keep a record of what was happening.  But Katie (12 years old at the time) had the presence of mind to record the events as they happened, no matter how painful or heartbreaking they were.

Way to go, Katie-Bug!
