Okay, yes, that is a lame headline.  You know, the M. Ali quote (Floats like a butterfly...yada, yada, yada). But that phrase kept going through my head after my mom told me the news about his championship swallowing. So I thought I would just share my lameness with the world. Anyway, Sam restarted his vitalstim therapy with his regular speech therapist, Randi.  It was very successful for him--he swallowed over 50 times (poor guy, he must be tired.) 

I also got to see Sam a few days ago and witnessed SAM STANDING UNSUPPORTED! (This is the "stands like a bee" part) It was very neat to see--my mom even pushed him a little bit to show how sturdy he is and while he did sway, he didn't fall down.  When I see him stand, it reminds me of how tall he really is (6 foot 3 inches).  His balance was very good too, obviously, otherwise with all that mom-pushing he would have ended up on the ground.

Anyway...remember I'm on bedrest and very bored.  I hope that will help explain this bizarre post.   And a little note to my sister, Heather--DON'T MAKE FUN OF MY BLOG HEADLINE! Though it is pretty sad when most of my post is just explaining the headline.
